E-sign

Signed, without the chase.

E-sign a resolution with every director from inside the client’s file. No WhatsApp threads, no scanned pages at midnight, no wondering which version was signed.

How it runs

Requested, signed, back on file.

1

The firm requests

Pick the document and the signatories from the register the client folder already holds. No names or email addresses retyped.

2

The signer signs

A client portal user signs in place. Anyone else opens a link and signs on a phone, with nothing to install and no file to send back.

3

The signed copy returns

It lands back in the client folder against the document it belongs to, with who signed and when on the record.

From inside the file

The signatories are already on record.

OnCompliance already holds the register of directors and members. Pick the document, pick who signs, send. Nobody retypes a name or hunts for an email address.

The document goes out on the firm’s letterhead, drafted where it was drafted.

What the signer sees

One document. One signature.

A client portal user finds the document waiting and signs it in place. Anyone else opens a link and signs on a phone. Either way there is nothing to install and no file to download, rename and send back.

A director sitting on four boards signs four documents in one sitting, not four email threads.

What gets signed

The paperwork a board actually produces.

Board resolutions

Certified true copies for banks, GST, ICEGATE and the rest, signed the day the board passes them.

Minutes

Board and general meeting minutes, signed by the chairman without a courier run.

Consents and declarations

DIR-2 consent, DIR-8 and MBP-1 declarations, collected from every director in one round.

Shareholder approvals

Written approvals and transfer papers, signed by members who are never in the same room.

The record

Every signature dated and filed.

Who signed, and when, against the document they signed. The executed copy lands in the client’s folder, not in somebody’s downloads. When a bank or an auditor asks for the signed resolution three years later, it is where it should be.

Where it stops

MCA filings still need the DSC.

This is an electronic signature for the company’s own records: resolutions, minutes, consents, declarations, approvals. It is not a Digital Signature Certificate.

AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12 and every other eForm are still signed with the director’s Class 3 DSC and submitted on the MCA V3 portal. OnCompliance prepares the pack; you affix the DSC and file.

The DSC register

OnCompliance tracks every director’s DSC and its expiry date, so the token is valid before the filing window opens, not discovered dead on the last day.
